From the Artist
‘’My work is not confined to a specific medium although paint will forever hold a special place in my heart as it was the first medium I set out to learn. I experiment with everything I can get my hands on and mold the material to fit whatever my message is with the piece. I imagine the final feeling I want the viewer to experience and use that to select what specific material and colors I use. I see my work as a commemoration of a thought rather than a piece documenting a change from experience. My whole body of work viewed as one would show a wholistic look into my life. My work is inherently selfish, a depiction of what I see in my day to day, something I have come to terms with. I create for myself and that is what makes it so fulfilling. All I want is to prove I was here, I felt things and make it impossible to prove otherwise.’’
